First Anniversary Sauce: Garden's Choice

Before ever selling a single bottle, I would often combine all the peppers the garden was providing to make the biggest batch I could. These sauces had a wonderfully unique profile and always ended up being my favorite. As Wolf Pack Peppers grows, dialing in our recipes is something I take a lot of pride in, but it is always fun to let the garden choose the profile for a sauce. 17 different peppers from the peak of summer last year come together in this sauce.
