Refund policy

At Wolf Pack Peppers, we take pride in every small batch sauce we make. If something isn't right with your order, we want to make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wolfpackpeppers@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. We will replace or refund the affected items at no cost to you.

Returns
Because our sauces are a food product, we are unable to accept returns on opened bottles. Unopened bottles may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders that have already been fulfilled or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Local Pickup & Delivery
For local pickup and delivery orders, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.
