Our collaboration with our friends at West Rock Family Farm (2229 Montague Road Rockford 61102). The Carolina Reapers from their farm had an intensity of taste and heat that is perfect for our sauces. You'll get a soft sweetness up front, followed by the classic Carolina Reaper finish.
