Smokin' Habanero

We've wanted to introduce some smoke to our sauces for a while now. As expected, we took no shortcuts and added a layer of smoked Jalapenos and Alma Paprika peppers from West Rock Farms to our Classic Habanero recipe. The result is a rich and savory smoke character on top of vibrant and citrusy Habanero. The smoke is up front, but the sauce finishes with a juicy fruitiness that refreshes the palate.
