Selfish Endeavor

Nobody uses more of our sauces than we do. And this is the type of sauce we reach for the most. 100% of the peppers in this sauce were grown in Rockford. A Red Jalapeno base is amplified by a unique blend of 9 additional peppers. The final twist, we utilized a Belgian vinegar made from lambic beer for an acidic red fruitiness. Complex yet approachable.
